The Operating Philosophy Behind My Work

Whether I’m coaching a leader 1:1 or rebuilding alignment across functions, the problem is almost always the same: people are capable, but the system around them isn’t designed for clarity, trust, or predictable execution.

After 15+ years leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations, I saw this pattern everywhere — in high-growth scale-ups, in mature functions, and inside every “why is this so hard?” meeting.

It’s why my work now combines two disciplines most organisations keep separate:

I spent over 15 years:

• translating between business, data, and engineering

• coaching leaders who think in logic, systems, and constraints
