How I work (and why)
Whether I’m coaching a leader 1:1 or rebuilding alignment across functions, the problem is almost always the same: people are capable, but the system around them isn’t designed for clarity, trust, or predictable execution.
After 18+ years running cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Data, and Ops, I saw this pattern everywhere: in high-growth scale-ups, in mature functions, and inside every “why is this so hard?” meeting.
It’s why my work now combines two areas most organisations keep separate:
Leadership enablement for individuals.
Operating-model alignment for teams and functions.
Both matter.
Neither works without the other.

I’ve spent 18+ years:

Everything I do is built on this:
You can’t fix the culture without fixing the systems, and you can’t fix the systems if you ignore the people.

Aim for consistency over last-minute saves. Relying on 'heroes' isn't a strategy, it's a burnout trap.
